Lead Generation Manager

We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help us expand our partnerships pipeline across various domains. You’ll work within a diverse ecosystem of companies and products, gain exposure to multiple markets, and have a real influence on strategies and decision-making.

 

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B Lead Generation and Outreach;
  • Excellent written and spoken English (Intermediate+);
  • Strong analytical and research skills — experience with Apollo, Crunchbase, Sales Navigator, Clay, Reply, LinkedHelper etc;
  • Experience in outreaching cold leads and warming them up through LinkedIn campaigns and email automation (mass and ABM strategies);
  • Confident in working with multiple LinkedIn accounts (3-4+) and managing large-scale email campaigns
  • Skilled at identifying ICPs, building qualified databases, and validating message chains with the Chief BizDev;
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, filters, grouping, dashboards);
  • High attention to detail, persistence, and accountability;
  • Comfortable performing routine research work and meeting KPIs (calls booked, data enrichment, CRM hygiene).

 

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with AI-driven tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Instantly.ai, Clay, n8n, Coupler.io, Zapier, etc.) for data enrichment and outreach automation;
  • Experience in sales qualification (BANT) and discovery calls with prospects;
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and tech industry specifics;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) and automation platforms;
  • Ability to write custom outreach sequences and personalized bids for Upwork or Telegram channels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Research and generate new leads across multiple platforms and sources (LinkedIn, Email, niche communities, groups, etc.);
  • Create and execute custom messaging chains and campaign strategies;
  • Manage and automate outreach processes using AI tools and workflow automation;
  • Collect and analyze B2B/B2C data to enhance targeting precision;
  • Maintain daily tasks, reporting (daily/weekly/monthly), and KPI tracking;
  • Collaborate closely with BizDev and marketing teams to validate ICPs and outreach hypotheses;
  • Support company pipeline by identifying outbound project opportunities and filling bench positions.
