About your role: We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing engine β€” the one who keeps complex campaigns, teams, and tools running in sync. Your mission is to bring clarity to fast-paced growth: document workflows, optimize collaboration, and ensure every marketing initiative turns into a repeatable, data-backed process that scales across markets.
 


In this role, you will

  • Maintain and organize all marketing documentation β€” formalize processes, instructions, templates, tests, and experiments in Confluence and related tools
  • Ensure team alignment with agreed procedures β€” monitor process adherence, track deviations, and propose improvements
  • Conduct retrospectives and collect feedback β€” moderate sessions, analyze outcomes, and prepare actionable recommendations
  • Support the operational efficiency of the marketing team β€” assist with planning, roadmap creation, OKRs, and reporting structure
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement β€” analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive process optimization
  • Summarize meetings and project outcomes β€” prepare contact reports, summaries, and maintain a library of experiments
  • Foster transparent communication across all marketing functions

    It’s all about you
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Marketing Operations Specialist or in a similar role
  • Proven ability to systematize information, structure complexity, and bring order to processes
  • Hands-on experience with Confluence, Jira, and Google Sheets/Docs
  • Skilled in facilitating meetings, retrospectives, and preparing follow-up summaries
  • Solid understanding of marketing team structure and roles (UAM, Creative, ASO, Product Marketing, etc.)
  • Strong English skills (B2 or higher)
  • Experience working with large marketing teams (30–50+ members)
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROMI, LTV, CAC, CTR, etc.)
