Sales development representative

Mission: Build a predictable top-of-funnel via LinkedIn (primary) + email (secondary), qualify interest, and hand off to Sales.

 

You will:

  • Research ICP/buyer personas; compile target lists.
  • Run multi-step LinkedIn outreach + social touches; test CTAs.
  • Launch/iterate cold email sequences (basic deliverability).
  • Track funnel metrics; keep CRM (Pipedrive/HubSpot) clean.
  • Qualify and handoff high-intent leads to AE.

 

You have:

  • 2-3+ yrs B2B SDR/Lead Gen in IT services; proven meetings/SQLs from LinkedIn.
  • Sales Navigator + outreach tools (Reply/Lemlist/Apollo; Expandi/Linked Helper responsibly).
  • English B2+, crisp business writing.
  • Process mindset; A/B testing habit.

     

Nice to have: Upwork/Clutch exposure; light automation (n8n/Make/Zapier), enrichment (Snovio/Apollo/Clay).

 

KPIs: meetings booked/held, reply rate, SQL rate, AE-accepted handoffs.
