Looking for a Senior/Lead Frontend Developer (with AI/Copilot Coaching) $$$ Offline

Key Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development with a focus on Next.js
• Act as a senior consultant and technical leader
• Mentor and support the client’s development team
• Evangelize and implement best practices in AI-assisted development
• Coach developers on effective use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)

Must-Have Experience

• Senior-level expertise in React / Next.js
• Hands-on experience working with headless CMS, specifically Contentful
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Proven track record mentoring engineers and leading teams

AI & Copilot Coaching (Critical Requirement)
We’re looking for someone who not only uses AI-powered developer tools but can teach and guide others.

You should be able to:

• Coach developers on AI-assisted workflows
• Demonstrate and promote best practices with GitHub Copilot
• Help uplift the entire team's productivity and quality through AI usage

Additional Info

• Occasional travel to Helsinki required (expenses fully covered by client)
