Full-Stack Engineer (React / Next.js / Nest.js) — Crypto Options Trading Platform

We’re building a next-generation crypto options trading platform — and we’re looking for a strong middle full-stack engineer who is highly confident on both the frontend and backend. You’ll be working fairly independently, taking ownership of features end-to-end — real-time frontend UI, backend APIs, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

You’ll be working closely with the product lead & CTO to build a high-performance trading interface.

What You’ll Work On

  • Build user-facing modules in React / Next.js (SSR routing + performance sensitive views)
  • Implement and maintain backend services using Nest.js
  • Implement real-time updates (WebSockets)
  • Create secure, scalable backend APIs
  • Work with SQL database (PostgreSQL)
  • Implement auth flows (including OAuth)
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain the system (you own your code)
  • Contribute to product direction and UX decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience building full-stack client-facing applications
  • Very confident with both frontend and backend development
  • Strong experience with React + Next.js (SSR, SEO, routing, frontend perf)
  • Experience developing backend APIs with Nest.js / Node.js
  • Working confidently with WebSockets and real-time updates
  • Strong understanding of backend security and API best practices
  • Solid experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) — schemas, migrations, queries
  • Experience with Linux, Docker, Nginx (basic practical usage)
  • Able to host, run, and monitor your own services (no hand-holding)
  • Experience with authentication/authorization flows (OAuth preferred)
  • Familiar working in an environment without a dedicated DevOps engineer
  • Independent problem solving / ownership mindset

Nice To Have

  • Experience in crypto / trading / options
  • Experience with AWS or Google Cloud
  • Web3 experience (wallet auth, signing, etc.)
  • Good product vision — ability to reason about UX and user flow

Why this role is interesting

  • You’ll join early and influence platform architecture and UX
  • You’ll work on a real-time fintech product
  • Zero bureaucracy, fast iteration, direct collaboration with the management

Remote-friendly | Flexible hours | Crypto-native environment
