Android Developer

We are looking for:

3 senior Android devs for a project in the telecommunications industry

Workload: full-time
Start: We need one dev ASAP, the other 2 starting in January 2026.
Duration: long-term (1 year +)
Location: any, Ukraine is acceptable only if the dev’s availability can be guaranteed
English: B2
Budget: offer your best rate, but lower rates are preferable to the client

Developer Requirements:
• Strong knowledge and long-term experience in developing modern Android mobile applications
• Familiarity with modern development approaches, technologies, and frameworks
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Gradle, Git, and REST (JSON)
• Understanding of reactive programming, unidirectional data flow, clean architecture principles, and writing testable code (dependency injection)
• Experience working with shared codebases across multiple applications (monorepo), large-scale projects, and refactoring legacy code
• Basic knowledge of iOS development (Swift, SwiftUI) is an advantage
• Experience with version control systems
• Familiarity with analytics and debugging tools is an advantage (e.g., Dynatrace, Google Analytics, Google Firebase)
• Experience working in an agile environment and an agile mindset is considered an asset

Responsibilities:
• Develop Android mobile application in line with project requirements
• Collaborate closely with the mobile application architect
• Work with both new and legacy code
• Analyse and resolve software functional issues
• Test and maintain the quality of your own source code
• Actively contribute to agile team activities under the guidance of the Product Owner
