Product Designer - UI/UX

Our client is an innovative AI data analytics company that leverages large textual data sets to drive powerful analytics solutions. They help organizations transform complex information into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making at scale.
 
We are seeking a talented Product Designer - UI/UX to join our customer's growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping how users interact with an AI-powered analytics platform, creating intuitive and engaging experiences that make complex data accessible and actionable.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • User Research & Storytelling: Develop user stories and scenarios to understand and communicate how the product will be used across different use cases and customer segments.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma to visualize and iterate on product concepts.
  • AI-Enhanced Design: Leverage modern AI tools to enhance and accelerate the UI/UX design process, staying current with emerging technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to create clean, engaging designs that prioritize user-friendliness and accessibility.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across the platform.
  • User-Centric Approach: Balance business requirements with user needs to deliver solutions that drive both engagement and insights.
 
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
  • Understanding of AI tools and their application in UI/UX design workflows.
  • Portfolio demonstrating clean, user-friendly interface designs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data concepts into intuitive visual experiences.
  • Upper Intermediate English or higher.
  • Being able to work until 22:00 Kyiv time GMT+3, or 3 pm EST.
  • Experience designing for data-heavy or analytics platforms (preferred).
  • Product management experience (preferred).
