About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented BI Analyst with experience in the CFD, Forex, or iGaming sectors. The ideal candidate focuses on data analysis, analyzing, and forecasting user behavior. This role requires deep expertise in hypothesis building, A/B test validation, cohort analysis, and user lifecycle research.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data models using tools such as Power BI.
• Analyze affiliate traffic, evaluating the effectiveness of affiliate channels, conversion funnels, and ROI by SubID.
• Assess the performance of advertising campaigns through key metrics such as CAC, ARPU, and ARPPU.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes while ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.
• Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies to predict client behavior and drive business performance.
• Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and building data-driven hypotheses.
• Prepare analytical reports for C-level executives and product owners, providing actionable recommendations to support management decisions.

Requirement:

• 3+ years of experience as a BI or Data Analyst, ideally within CFD, Forex, or iGaming industries.
• Programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex querying and data transformation.
• Practical expertise in Power BI—report creation, dashboard design, and data modeling.
• Strong background in web analytics using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, including custom event tracking and funnel analysis.
• Experience in conducting A/B tests, analyzing outcomes, and formulating data-driven hypotheses.
• Solid foundation in machine learning techniques: forecasting, clustering, classification, and regression.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
