Lead Generation / SDR for UX/UI Design Agency
Who we are:
Fatobject is a UX/UI design agency working with startups and SaaS companies across the US, EU, Australia, and beyond.
We design and develop modern SaaS dashboards, apps, and websites that help products grow.
Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Manager who will help us build a consistent pipeline of warm leads and booked calls through LinkedIn and Upwork (for now).
You’ll work closely with the founders: researching and connecting with startup teams, testing different outreach strategies, and generating qualified conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Research potential clients (startups, tech companies, agencies);
- Manage outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, Upwork);
- Handle full communication with leads - from the first message to booking a call;
- Test new approaches to improve reply and conversion rates;
- Keep Notion CRM organized - statuses, replies, follow-ups, analytics;
- Provide weekly reports with key outreach metrics.
Rrequirements:
- 2+ years outbound Lead Gen / SDR role in IT;
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn tools;
- English level B1+ (confident written communication);
- Understanding of CRM / Notion tracking and structured pipeline management;
- Proactive, result-oriented mindset - focused on outcomes, not just activity;
- Transparent workflow.
Nice-to-have:
- Understanding of UX/UI design process and SaaS industry;
- Experience with Upwork bidding.
