About us

We’re a fast-moving retail operation (automotive) focused on predictable, process-driven sales. You’ll lead a small team of reps, turn raw leads into appointments, and enforce simple, repeatable behaviors through the CRM.

 

Your impact (what you’ll own)

  • Pipeline & daily rhythm: Ensure every lead gets contacted, followed up, and advanced (or closed out) on time.
  • Call/text/CRM quality: Review conversations and notes; spot mistakes fast; give clear, simple feedback.
  • Coaching loop: Run 1:1s, role-plays, and script drills; raise the floor for low performers and scale what works.
  • Numbers & accountability: Track team KPIs daily/weekly; set targets; hold reps accountable.
  • Hiring & onboarding: Source, screen, and ramp new reps; exit consistently underperforming reps.

 

Must-have

  • 2+ years in sales leadership or senior SDR/closer role with coaching responsibilities.
  • Strong CRM hygiene and habit-building mindset (metrics → actions).
  • Comfortable reviewing calls/texts and giving concise, actionable feedback.
  • Proven track record of moving team KPIs, not just reporting them.
  • Clear written English; confident verbal coaching.
     

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in automotive / retail finance / high-velocity B2C.
  • Built simple scorecards/dashboards and weekly operating cadences.
  • Hiring & onboarding reps in a small team.
