About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in building the teams that shape our product and brand presence across multiple markets. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, the People team, and department leads to identify hiring needs, craft effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, loves connecting with people, and wants to make a direct contribution to the company’s growth and culture. We also expect you to be proactive and brave enough to bring important feedback and initiate changes to improve the processes and experience of our candidates and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for primarily non-technical roles (Marketing, Product, Operations, Client Success, etc.);
- Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni, social media, and professional networks;
- Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the selection process;
- Partner with hiring managers to align on job requirements and hiring priorities;
- Maintain and improve candidate experience and employer brand presence;
- Maintain candidate database;
Track key recruitment metrics and contribute to process optimization.
What We Expect
- 5+ years of experience recruiting non-technical roles (marketing, operations, management, or business);
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment,
- Proven experience in international recruitment;
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- English — at least Upper-Intermediate or higher (for communication with candidates).
Will be a plus:
- Experience in hiring for technical roles
Basic knowledge of employer brand management
