Middle/Senior PHP Developer

WE are the Visual Craft team www.visual-craft.com and have been working in the field of software development for 19 years, working with customers mainly from the USA, Canada and Western Europe. Our portfolio includes many completed projects: from web development and mobile applications, the creation of scalable software solutions for SMBs and Enterprise to the development of specialized software for international corporations and world-renowned brands.

Our main office is located in Ukraine, Cherkasy. It focuses on product development, UX / UI design, quality testing, marketing, support and other features.

We are looking for a PHP Developer to join our team and contribute to building reliable and scalable web solutions. If you have strong expertise in PHP, write clean and efficient code, and enjoy working with modern frameworks and technologies — we’d be happy to talk with you!

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in PHP with at least 3 years of commercial experience;
• Experience working with one or more frameworks (Symfony is a strong advantage, Laravel is also considered);
• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns;
• Knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and understanding of query optimization principles;
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose;
• English level — Intermediate or higher (sufficient for reading and understanding technical documentation).
  
   

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of JavaScript and experience working with Vue.js / React / Angular frameworks;
• Understanding of REST API principles and third-party service integrations;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes;
  Experience writing unit and functional tests (PHPUnit).
