Head of Affiliate

We are looking for a Head of Affiliate. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our affiliate program, contributing to the company’s overall growth. This leadership position combines strategic thinking, relationship building, and performance management to achieve key business objectives.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement growth strategies for the affiliate program, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with high-quality affiliates to increase traffic and conversions.
• Drive and deliver on key performance indicators, including GGR, FTDs, ROI and other.
• Continuously test, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaigns for improved efficiency and maximum ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the affiliate team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Oversee the affiliate program budget, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.
• Work closely with Analytics and Product teams.

• Provide actionable, data-driven insights into the affiliate program's success and areas for improvement.
