Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule and communication.
• Prepare meetings, travel arrangements, and task prioritization.
• Maintain organized records and contribute to special projects.
• Assist the CEO with personal tasks.

 

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Upper Intermediate English level.
• Driver's license.
