Campaign Manager - Lead Generation (Meta Ads / Performance Marketing)

We’re looking for an experienced Campaign Manager who lives and breathes Facebook (Meta) Ads, understands lead generation funnels, and can manage $30,000–$100,000+ monthly budgets with confidence.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Optimize campaigns daily to achieve the best possible CPL, CTR, and ROI
  • Analyze data, identify patterns, and make performance-driven decisions
  • Test new creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the creative and dev teams to build high-performing funnels
  • Monitor KPIs across multiple verticals and states (U.S. market focus)
  • Maintain detailed tracking and reporting for management and clients

     

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad accounts
  • Proven success managing $30K+ monthly ad budgets in performance-based campaigns
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and user intent
  • Analytical mindset and experience working with tools like RedTrack, Hyros, or Google Sheets
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • English proficiency (written and verbal)

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other ad platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, Native)
  • Understanding of A/B testing and tracking setups (UTMs, pixels, postbacks)
  • Familiarity with U.S. insurance or finance verticals
