JS/TS React Developer

We’re looking for a JS/TS React Developer with 1-3 years of commercial experience to join our team. You’ll work on developing a Fintech SaaS analytics platform from the ground up – a system that unifies financial, customer, and cohort data for recurring-revenue businesses. Familiarity with AI development tools like Cursor AI, Claude, or similar is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React;
• Translate design and wireframes into high-quality code and create visually appealing web applications that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation;
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers;
• Work closely with back-end developers to understand and properly use the APIs;
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and encourage a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement;

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of JS/TS, including ES6+ syntax, closures, classes, and the DOM;
• Proficient understanding of React.js and its core principles, including hooks, context API, and component lifecycle;
• Experience with common React workflows (such as Flux or Redux);
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3;
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles;
• Comfortable using Git for version control;
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks;

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle challenges with innovative solutions;
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders;
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering clear and precise code that is well-documented;

Terms of Cooperation:

• Location: Ukraine (remote);
• Schedule: Flexible, starting between 8:00–11:00, with an 8-hour workday;
• Paid trial period: 1–2 months;
• Compensation: It depends on experience and skills. We are young and open to discussing adequate ranges only;
• Vacation: 20 days;
