Technical writer

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in writing software technical documentation
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Understanding of SDLS, modern software development concepts and technologies, LLMs
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Ability to produce visually attractive materials
• A high level of self-organization with a goal-oriented approach
• Attention to detail
• Fast learner
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Creating, editing, and proofreading internal and external technical documentation:
  • Release notes
  • Product guides
  • Knowledge bases
  • Copy for our product UI and websites
• Ensuring lexical and grammatical accuracy
• Creating video guides with voiceovers
• Knowledge of core SEO copywriting principles

• Ability to be productive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
