Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to build and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the wellness industry, and the ability to close sales effectively by understanding and addressing potential customers' needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Outreach: Engage with leads who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, guiding them through the benefits of our services and converting them into loyal customers.
  • Lead Follow-up: Conduct timely and personalized follow-up communications with sign-ups, identifying barriers to purchase and addressing any concerns or objections.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand each lead’s specific wellness goals and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase conversion rates from site visitors to paying customers.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with potential clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their decision-making process.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on lead conversion rates, sales activities, and customer feedback to senior management, making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with customer needs, enhancing lead engagement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in health and wellness or similar service-based industries.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade leads effectively.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of closing sales and meeting sales targets, especially in a consultative selling environment.
  • Time Zone Compatibility: Comfortable working in flexible time zones, especially in North American business hours.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of health and wellness trends is a plus.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales conversion, particularly for service-based offerings.
  • Background in wellness services or a related field.
