Evadav is looking for a specialist for the position of COO (Chief Operating Officer)

Who are we looking for?
 Hard skills:
-Deep understanding of at least two buying sources (Meta, TikTok, Native)
-Management of media buying teams
-English B2
-Experience with verticals (search arbitrage, lead generation)
-Experience with budgets over $2 million per month

Responsibilities:
Mentorship and recruitment of team leads from various sources.

• Research and testing of new traffic sources and verticals.
• Development and execution of monthly digital plans.
• Designing motivation systems in collaboration with the HR department.
• Preparation and maintenance of reporting.
• Sharing expertise and best practices across teams.
• Communication with traffic sources (improving conditions, implementing best practices, managing rebates).
• Collaboration with product, compliance, and other related departments.
