Tech Artist / Assets Manager

About the Role

We are searching for a Technical Art & Asset Operations Specialist — someone who skillfully merges creativity with technical accuracy to improve, automate, and manage digital asset workflows for interactive ad productions enhanced by AI tools.

In this position, you’ll serve as the connection point between our creative, technical, and production teams—making sure that all visual, 3D, and VFX resources move seamlessly from initial idea to final implementation.

The role suits a person who equally values artistic vision and technical execution within real-time pipelines, and who enjoys building structured, efficient systems for managing and integrating assets.

You’ll be responsible for how assets are organized, optimized, automated, and maintained—ensuring smooth integration within our internal AI-assisted environments, Unity projects, and creative platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and refine 3D, animation, VFX, UI, and audio assets for use in lightweight interactive creatives.
  • Automate preparation and deployment workflows (naming, compression, optimization) through internal AI utilities or custom scripts.
  • Ensure compatibility of all assets with automated production pipelines and internal tools.
  • Maintain clear folder structures, naming rules, and version control across multiple projects.
  • Test and validate assets for quality, performance, and consistency in various 3D tools.
  • Coordinate with creative, technical art, and development teams to align asset quality with project goals.
  • Keep detailed documentation and references for each asset package to ensure reusability and clarity.
  • Identify opportunities to increase automation and reduce manual work in production flows.

Qualifications

  • Practical experience with 3D creation software (Blender preferred; Three.js familiarity is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of optimization principles: polygon count reduction, texture compression, and material setup.
  • Awareness of AI-assisted production or creative automation systems.
  • General understanding of interactive or game logic and how asset design impacts performance and user experience.
  • Excellent organizational habits—precise naming, file management, and version tracking.
  • Basic scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or CLI) for automation tasks.
  • Team-oriented communicator, comfortable collaborating with technical and creative professionals.
  • Confident English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • (Optional) Experience with Git, render pipelines, or proprietary asset management systems.

Why You’ll Enjoy Working With Us

You’ll be part of a forward-thinking environment where creativity meets technology.
Here, you won’t just organize assets—you’ll contribute to shaping how they move through a smart, adaptive production ecosystem supported by automation and AI innovation.
