Head of Retention / VIP Sales Team

We are looking for a strong, proactive and ambitious leader who will build and develop a Retention / VIP Sales department, focused on customer retention and developing relationships with key partners. You will become the driving force of a new direction that will directly impact the company's profitability and long-term loyalty of our customers.
Main tasks
-Create a team of operators
-Organize training, adaptation and development of employees
-Develop and implement effective scripts and sales processes
-Control the quality of communication and service standards
-Develop Retention and Upsell strategies for key customers
-Together with management, form new approaches and performance metrics
-Manage KPIs and strategic indicators that affect profit growth
Requirements
-Leadership experience in Finance / Forex / Binary Options / Black Hat β 2 years or more
-System thinking and strong analytical skills
-Successful experience in building a sales structure and managing a team
-English β level not lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2), oral and written
