English Dispatcher/Customer Service to $900

N2M Marketing LLC is a US company that provides digital services for businesses in the U.S. We operate in home services industries such as home repair and installtion services — and we’re constantly expanding.
 

About the Role

As a Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for both clients and technicians. Your main goal is to assist customers, coordinate technicians’ visits for repairs at convenient times, and create efficient schedules for the technical team. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring schedules, tracking job progress, and preparing reports.
 

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has at least 1 year of experience as a Dispatcher/Customer Service/Other position that required verbal English;
  • Speaks and writes English fluently (B2–C1 level);
  • Communicates confidently with clients via phone, chat, and email;
  • Can process and classify incoming requests and pass them to the appropriate departments;
  • Is proficient with PC, Google Docs Editors, and CRM systems;
  • Has strong communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills.

  •  Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

    • Fixed rate of $500 + bonus system
