We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer who treats sourcing like a mission, not a task.


🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Hunt for top talent — even those who aren’t looking (LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, Reddit, wherever they’re hiding 👀);

  • Write outreach messages that get real replies (not just “thanks, not interested”);

  • Help recruiters build powerful pipelines and close roles fast;

  • Track your results and always look for ways to level up the sourcing process.


🧠 What We Expect:

  • Experience in sourcing (or an unstoppable curiosity for finding great people);

  • Ability to dig deeper than page one of Google;

  • English that’s good enough to chat with candidates without hitting “translate”;

  • Speed, focus, and a solid feel for the market;

  • Willingness to work with the U.S. market — it’s fast, loud, and a bit wild (just how we like it).
