Senior Software Engineer (NodeJS+Go)

We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join a global R&D team and contribute to the development of an innovative Continuous Delivery platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about solving complex problems, improving developer experiences, and delivering high-quality CI/CD solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the full lifecycle of backend components: research, design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Participate in handling critical customer issues, investigations, and delivering fixes collaboratively with support teams and customers.
  • Contribute to platform security by identifying and resolving vulnerabilities.
  • Improve monitoring, traceability, and debuggability of internal systems.
  • Identify technical challenges, enhance architecture, code quality, and platform stability.
  • Mentor team members, share knowledge, and foster continuous growth.
  • Actively contribute to technical discussions and collaborate on strategies for scalable, high-quality solutions.

    Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in large-scale backend development, with strong expertise in Node.js.
  • Familiarity with GoLang and willingness to grow in this area.
  • Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including designing and managing containerized applications. Experience with Docker/K8s APIs is a plus.
  • Strong experience with MongoDB; familiarity with Postgres, Redis, and RabbitMQ is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and microservices architectures.
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to tackle both complex and routine tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively.
  • Able to work independently while thriving in team-driven environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
