AEM Developer

AEM Developer (m/f/d)

Location: Remote 
 

We’re looking for an experienced AEM Developer to join our team and help us build and maintain large-scale, multilingual websites for a global pharmaceutical client. You’ll work on a range of projects — from complete redesigns and new platform builds to feature development and long-term maintenance.
 

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Implement new features and components within existing AEM setups.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate complex requirements into high-quality digital solutions.
• Support AEM migrations, redesigns, and relaunches of existing sites.
• Build new websites from scratch, following brand and compliance guidelines.

• Maintain and enhance existing functionality, including forms, content modules, and internal search systems.

   

Your Profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue/React a plus).
• Experience integrating APIs and optimizing AEM components for reusability.
• Knowledge of content authoring best practices and experience supporting editors.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in regulated environments (pharma or healthcare experience is a plus).
• Good English communication skills; German is an advantage.
