Marketing Manager(SMM)

Bliscore is a Ukrainian IT company delivering tailored software solutions to international partners.
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager (SMM) to join our team in a part-time role, responsible for driving brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms worldwide.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and targeting international audiences.
  • Perform competitive analysis within the outsourcing/outstaffing industry and stay updated on the latest SMM trends.
  • Generate performance reports and analytics to support data-driven improvements.
  • Plan and produce compelling content such as client success stories, expert insights, testimonials, company culture highlights, job openings, and event promotions.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook to drive lead generation and increase brand visibility.
  • Define and track key performance indicators for social media initiatives; analyze outcomes using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support overarching business development goals.
  • Champion the employer brand and effectively promote Bliscore’s services.

     

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing within the IT industry or a digital agency.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing platform.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience promoting services to international markets (e.g., DACH, UK, Nordics, US).
  • Practical experience with Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Solid content creation skills—both written and visual.
  • A track record of developing and executing effective social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and tools like Google Analytics.
  • A proactive, idea-driven mindset—we’re looking for initiative, not just task execution.
  • Adaptability to evolving trends and frequent updates across social platforms.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Understanding of business development workflows and IT service offerings, with the ability to translate technical concepts into audience-friendly messaging.
