Email Deliverability Specialist (iGaming)

We’re looking for a skilled Email Deliverability Specialist to ensure stable, high-performing email communications, optimize deliverability, and maintain the company’s email reputation.

 

What experience is important

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing or deliverability management.
  • Practical experience improving deliverability and managing email campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, with the ability to troubleshoot configuration errors.
  • Experience working with ESP and CRM platforms (Customer.io, SendGrid, etc.).
  • Skills in using analytical tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio.
  • Experience with warm-up and diagnostic tools (Folderly, Warmy, Inbox placement tests, blacklist monitoring).
  • Knowledge of email infrastructure, including dedicated and shared IPs, warm-up strategies, DNS, and reverse DNS.
  • Understanding of GDPR and local data processing requirements.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to colleagues without a technical background in a clear and accessible way.

     

What you will do

  • Ensure stable and high deliverability of company emails.
  • Conduct technical audits (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, blacklist monitoring).
  • Manage domain and IP reputation to prevent blocking and spam complaints.
  • Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to coordinate mailing strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with international standards (GDPR, etc.).
  • Set up reputation monitoring and automated reporting.
  • Analyze Open, Click, Bounce, and Complaint Rate metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Develop strategies to improve email deliverability.
