As our Retention Specialist, you’ll drive player engagement, increase LTV, and turn inactive users into loyal fans through smart, personalized CRM strategies.

 

Your impact

  • Analyze player behavior, segment audiences, and uncover churn patterns.
  • Design and execute targeted CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, messengers).
  • Optimize automated communication flows for maximum impact.
  • Lead bonus programs: create concepts and ensure smooth execution.
  • Track KPIs (retention, reactivation, revenue) and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with promo, product, and VIP teams to align retention strategies.
  • Run A/B tests to find the best creatives, offers, and mechanics.
  • Spot issues affecting metrics and implement smart solutions.

     

Who you are

  • 2+ years in CRM/Retention roles (iGaming, e-commerce, or digital).
  • Expert in CRM tools (Customer.io, Smartico, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with Google Docs/Sheets & Excel.
  • Knowledge of unit economics, sales funnels, and retention metrics.
  • Experienced in segmentation and personalized communications.
  • Skilled in A/B testing and interpreting results.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive under deadlines.
