Pixelfreight

UI/UX Designer (with supply chain experience) Offline

About the company

Pixelfreight is a small Ukrainian team focused on developing web platforms and digital tools for U.S. supply-chain companies β€” carriers, 3PLs, and freight forwarders.
We build practical, industry-focused solutions for real logistics operations and customers working in the U.S. market

About the project

Our client operates a Sprinter-van network with 100+ drivers and needs an internal app that replaces manual dispatching calls.
The platform includes a dispatcher web panel and backend powering a driver mobile app for load posting, bidding, and GPS tracking

Core user story:

  • Dispatcher creates a load from Atlanta, GA to Charlotte, NC with open bidding.
  • The system filters nearby drivers who meet truck dimension requirements.
  • Drivers receive notifications and submit bids.
  • Dispatcher reviews bids and assigns the load.
  • Status updates to β€œAssigned” and notifies all drivers.
  • The assigned driver completes the job and sees it as completed in their history
