About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior AEM Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.4+ or AEM as a Cloud Service) and proven experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-level digital experiences.

You’ll work on exciting projects for global brands, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to building scalable, high-performing web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable AEM websites, templates, components, and workflows.
• Customize and extend AEM modules, services, and integrations based on business needs.
• Build and optimize AEM dispatcher configurations for performance, caching, and security.
• Integrate third-party systems (e.g., DAM, CRM, marketing automation, e-commerce) through APIs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, project managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality results.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AEM-related issues.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and SEO standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.4+ or AEM as a Cloud Service).
• Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, OSGi, Sling, and JCR architecture.
• Experience developing custom AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Familiarity with AEM Dispatcher, caching, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating Adobe APIs (Assets, Target, Analytics, Campaign).
• Strong understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Developer (or higher) certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with the Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
• Understanding of headless CMS and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Solr, or other search technologies.
• Knowledge of personalization, multilingual, and multisite setups.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading teams.
