Senior Product designer $$$$ Offline

Responsibilities

• Get involved in every aspect of the product development process, from ideas to pixel perfecting before launch
• Design, redesign, improve, fix and take the Tango interface to the next level
• Be open to learn from market-proven experience. Our boss is not an Art Director from Apple, our users are our bosses (such as Joyce, a single mom from the Philippines, who uses the app to support her kids)
• Research, brainstorm and provide top-notch UX/UI solutions for issues & new features with dozens of contradictory requirements and limitations
• Build fast prototypes and drafts to unlock our creativity and upgrade us to a #1 product
• Carefully assemble prod-ready designs, meticulously re-checking all components are connected to the library and not a single corner case is forgotten
• Communicate with an international and cross functional team, including product managers and engineers across the world, with offices in Cyprus, Warsaw, Kyiv Tel Aviv
• Continuously optimise and be responsible for overall product experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in product design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills that make your designs, decisions, and ideas understandable and actionable to a diverse set of cross-functional audiences.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar.
• A true passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.
• Portfolio showing evidence of your work as a UX designer working on web applications and mobile apps.
• English from B2.
