CRM Engineer (Creatio )

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative and powerful Creatio CRM
solutions that empower our clients to transform their businesses.

    To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years demonstrably leading CRM projects, including experience with system integrations.
  •  Technical Expertise: An in-depth understanding of the CRM platform and best practices, with at least 10,000 hours of implementation experience.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written, verbal, and online communication skills that enable you to clearly and e ectively convey complex technical concepts.
  • Certified Professional: A valid Creatio CRM Developer Certification is mandatory.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Proven leadership skills and a passion for coaching and mentoring junior team members.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and execute tactical plans aligned with strategic goals.
  •  Educational Background: A degree in software engineering, IT, or a similar field is preferred.
