About the Role

Quanta Tech Systems, an established IT company specializing in cybersecurity and financial technology, is developing UEX — a secure digital asset exchange focused on transparency and user experience.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a background in building or scaling exchange or fintech products to lead market research, product roadmap creation, and feature prioritization for the core UEX platform.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to define a world-class exchange experience covering wallets, KYC flows, trading, and liquidity functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead market research and competitive benchmarking for exchange features.
• Define product priorities, milestones, and KPIs for the UEX roadmap.
• Translate technical possibilities into clear product requirements and documentation.
• Propose and specify core exchange functions (wallets, trading pairs, liquidity tools, KYC/AML flow).
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure feature feasibility and UI clarity.
• Drive async communication and cross-team alignment using structured documentation.
• Analyze user data and market trends to refine priorities and improve the product roadmap.
• Partner with leadership to align roadmap goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in crypto, fintech, or trading platforms.
• Proven record of building or scaling a digital asset exchange or similar platform.
• Strong understanding of wallets, KYC/AML processes, and trading systems.
• Skilled in async collaboration using Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, or Notion.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data and insights into actionable decisions.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with DeFi and centralized exchange (CEX) ecosystems.
• Exposure to blockchain infrastructure and user onboarding flows.
• Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis within crypto or fintech.
