Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow affiliate partnerships across multiple GEOs.
• Negotiate terms, commissions, and exclusive deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates to ensure loyalty and growth.
• Purchase traffic based on the approved strategy and media plan.
• Create and optimize traffic acquisition funnels.
• Test and evaluate new promotional materials and offers.
• Explore and test new GEOs, affiliate networks, and traffic sources.
• Control traffic quality, placements, and volumes in line with the media plan.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and product teams.
• Provide performance reports and suggest optimizations.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and trackers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Result-driven and independent.
• Strong English (written & spoken).
