Marketing Product Manager
Genesis is a Ukrainian co-founding IT company and one of the largest publishers of non-gaming apps. Together with the best entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe, we create and develop global technology businesses. Our main markets are the United States, Europe, and Africa.
Our project is building a category-defining suite of AI companionship products (web and mobile), and our portfolio has shown exceptional growth over the past 9 months.
This role is for someone who wants to have maximum impact on the product, traffic, and business while shaping the vision, strategy, and processes from scratch.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Full cycle of working on marketing funnels: from idea and research to launch and analysis.
- Generating product hypotheses, testing them (A/B), and validating through data.
- Analyzing data and identifying growth opportunities at all stages of the funnel.
- Building upsell and cross-sell systems.
- Studying competitors and the market, as well as conducting user interviews.
- Creating marketing messages that resonate and reflect the value of the product.
- If you’re interested in working with email marketing — great, there will be an opportunity to work on this area.
- Collaborating with product, marketing, design, and dev teams.
We are looking for you if:
- You have experience as a Product Marketing Manager / Product Manager / Growth / UA Manager (1+ year), or have worked in consulting/Big4/FMCG.
- You are confident working with analytics, understand funnels, numbers, and the impact of metrics on business, and have experience working with Amplitude.
- You can research users, segment audiences, and test value propositions.
- You can see the product from the customer’s perspective while simultaneously analyzing it through data and tables.
- You are proactive, eager to build rather than just ‘close tasks.’
- You think in a data-driven way and are not afraid of responsibility.
- You have an Upper-Intermediate+ level of English — we work in the global market.
- Most importantly, you have an open mindset because the product and niche require understanding new trends, a non-standard approach, and comfort working with unconventional topics.
