Business Analyst / Product Owner (AI)

We at SOKIL AI are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Product Owner who’s passionate about turning business ideas into real AI-powered solutions. If you understand how LLMs work, love designing smart chatbots and AI assistants, and can confidently own product functionality, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct discovery interviews with clients to translate business goals into clear, actionable requirements
• Design logic and interaction flows for AI chatbots, agents, and voice bots - from tone of voice to error handling and integrations
• Analyze and structure client content (documents, FAQs, websites) for effective use in RAG systems and AI assistants
• Create and maintain a detailed backlog: user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs
• Perform internal acceptance testing (UAT) before delivery to ensure product quality
• Run demo presentations for clients and prepare final project documentation
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team - clarify requirements, remove blockers, and support smooth delivery
   

What we’re looking for:

• 1,5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
• Strong experience with writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Understanding of AI solution structure, LLMs, and chatbot design principles
• Ability to manage priorities, make independent product decisions, and defend them within the team
• Experience communicating with clients and running demos

• English level B2+ or higher

   

Would be a plus:

• Hands-on experience with AI chatbots, agents, or automation workflows
• Knowledge of RAG architecture and prompt engineering
• Basic technical understanding of APIs and integrations
• Experience in low-code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n)
