Sales Specialist / Business Development Manager

Valigara is a B2B eCommerce and SaaS platform built specifically for the jewelry industry.

We help jewelers, manufacturers, and retailers manage their entire online business β€” from product listings

and inventory to CRM, ERP, and marketing automation.

With years of experience and clients across global markets, Valigara is trusted by both traditional jewelry

brands and fast-growing online sellers.

We’re expanding our international sales team to strengthen our presence and build lasting relationships with

new partners.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist / Business Development Manager who understands the eCommerce

landscape and can speak the language of business owners.

Experience in jewelry, SaaS platforms, or ERP/CRM solutions is a big plus.

Your goal is simple: connect with potential clients, understand their pain points, and show how Valigara can

help them sell smarter and scale faster.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

● Identify and reach out to potential clients in the jewelry and eCommerce sectors.

● Manage outreach via LinkedIn, email, and industry platforms.

● Conduct discovery and demo calls to understand client needs.

● Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor offers and proposals.

● Manage your pipeline, follow up with leads, and close deals.

● Keep CRM updated and maintain clear communication with clients.

● Build long-term partnerships that go beyond one-time sales.

 

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

● Have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (SaaS, ERP, CRM, or

eCommerce tools preferred).

● Understand the eCommerce ecosystem β€” product listings, integrations, analytics, marketplaces, etc.

● Experience in or passion for the jewelry industry is a strong advantage.

● Are confident in leading sales calls and demos with international clients.

● Speak and write fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

● Are result-oriented, self-organized, and comfortable working in a flexible environment.
