IT Project Manager Offline

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can confidently lead projects from idea to release, keep teams aligned, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Lead project ideas from concept to delivery — plan, prioritize, and execute;
• Keep the team aligned on goals, timelines, and responsibilities;
• Write clear task descriptions and maintain project documentation;
• Run daily syncs, manage roadmaps, and track progress;
• Spot risks early, suggest solutions, and keep communication transparent;
• Ensure smooth collaboration between design, dev, and product teams;
• Report on project health and progress.

• Communicate with stakeholders.

   

What you bring:

• 2+ years of experience managing digital or product teams;
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban frameworks;
• Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence;
• Strong communication, ownership, and decision-making skills;
• English — at least Intermediate level;

• Experience in crypto, gaming, or tech startups is a big plus.
