Key Responsibilities
- Active Outreach: Identify and engage new B2B prospects via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms. Craft personalized, compelling messages that spark interest and build relationships.
- Prospecting: Build targeted prospect lists aligned with our ICP using LinkedIn, databases, web research, and industry events.
- Strategy Development: Create and execute tailored outreach sequences that capture attention and convert interest into meetings.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects’ needs and determine alignment with IT-Magic’s DevOps services.
- Meeting Scheduling: Move qualified leads forward by booking meetings for Account Executives.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and ensure data integrity within our CRM.
- Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Sales to refine ICPs, messaging, and outreach strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- English Fluency (Mandatory): Excellent written and spoken English (B2+), with the ability to craft clear, persuasive outreach.
- Experience: 1+ year as an SDR, BDR, or in B2B sales - preferably in IT, SaaS, or consulting.
- Adaptability: Creative, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to adjust strategies to evolving trends.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to listen actively and build trust.
- Goal Orientation: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and lead generation tools such as LinkedIn, Snov.io, Apollo, Reply.io, Clay, LinkedHelper, or Waalaxy.
- Customer Focus: Committed to delivering outstanding experiences and building lasting relationships.
- Learning Mindset: Curious and eager to continuously learn about new technologies and modern sales techniques.
