About the Project

We are building a cutting-edge FinOps automation platform — an intelligent, No-Code solution designed to automate core FinOps processes, including Cost Optimization, Budgeting, Forecasting, Allocation, and Tagging. Our platform ensures seamless collaboration between FinOps teams and critical stakeholders (Engineers, DevOps, Finance, and Leadership), significantly reducing operational overhead.

The project is active (Post-MVP), integrating with major public cloud providers, third-party FinOps tools, and a wide array of services (ticketing, telemetry, databases). We operate using the Agile methodology and continuously enhance our solution, including AI-assistance capabilities for workflow building.
This is a Full-time and Long-term position.

Your Core Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be the key link between the product and the end-user:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, user-friendly content, including examples and tutorials for newly released features.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for APIs, SDKs, and other developer-focused products.
• Autonomously test features to produce accurate instructions, such as installing a Docker Compose environment and running scripts.
• Improve and extend the existing documentation structure and content.
• Write compelling marketing materials, such as blog posts and sales collaterals, explaining technical advantages and use cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in writing technical documentation and customer-facing materials.
• An excellent command of English (C1 level) is essential.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Computing concepts.
• Technical proficiency with development tools.
