Retention Manager (iGaming / Online Casino)

We’re looking for an experienced Retention Manager to join our fast-growing iGaming team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven marketing, player engagement, and creating personalized retention strategies that boost loyalty and lifetime value.

 

Key Responsibilities:|

Develop, launch, and optimize CRM and retention campaigns to increase player engagement and retention rates.

Build personalized automated journeys based on player behavior and segmentation using Customer.io.

Plan and execute multi-level promotional campaigns to drive repeat deposits and player activity.

Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

Collect and act on player feedback to improve communication and overall user experience.

 

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience proven experience in CRM or Retention Marketing, within the iGaming industry.

Hands-on experience with Customer.io or other automation tools (Braze, Optimove, etc.) is a strong plus.

Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.

Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
