TMetric started as a powerful yet simple time tracking solution, serving companies, agencies, consultants, and freelancers. Today, we are rapidly expanding beyond time tracking into Payroll, Billing&Invoicing, helping businesses seamlessly convert tracked time into invoices, streamline client billing, and simplify payroll calculations.  

With seamless cross-platform accessibility (web, desktop, and mobile) and a strong market presence, we are scaling TMetric to become the go-to tool for time tracking, payroll, and financial workflow automation.  
 

Your future team of professionals   

You will join a dynamic team of professionals passionate about our product. The core team consists of a Team Lead, an Internet Marketing Manager, and a Content Writer, with additional support from the broader marketing team (acquisition, design, and analytics).  
 

Your future challenges  

  • Lead SEO and LLM-driven initiatives to maximize TMetric visibility and bring the product into the top-10 solutions worldwide 
  • Drive the growth of TMetric in highly competitive Tier 1 markets, seeing the direct results of your work 
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new features in Payroll, Billing & Invoicing 
  • Help shape product positioning and influence the roadmap with customer and market insights 
  • Launch impactful campaigns that strengthen TMetric’s brand awareness 
     

Impact you will make   

  • Research market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ products, pricing, and tactics  
  • Define buyer personas, ICPs, use cases, UVPs, and customer behavior patterns  
  • Shape product positioning, packaging, and go-to-market presentation  
  • Contribute to feature prioritization and influence the product roadmap with customer and market insights  
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals  
  • Manage standard marketing activities: website updates, announcements, email notifications, and catalogs  
  • Create and implement content and launch plans for target customers  
  • Lead production of educational materials (videos, white papers, tutorials) for Devart Academy  
  • Drive retention through email sequences, loyalty programs, campaigns, and feedback loops  
  • Run A/B tests, customer surveys (CSAT, CES, NPS), and user interviews  
  • Measure ROI and analyze performance with GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, and SEO/marketing tools  
  • Manage sprints of cross-functional teams (SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Design, Web, Technical Writing)  

 

Skills we are looking for   

  • 4+ years of Product Marketing / Growth Marketing experience in B2B SaaS (ARR $4M+ preferred) 
  • Strong SEO expertise (content strategy, technical SEO, link building, CTR optimization) 
  • Understanding of LLM/AI visibility trends and how to optimize product presence in AI search results 
  • Proven track record of driving products into top market positions through organic growth 
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English (written and spoken) 
  • Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Ahrefs/Semrush, CRM, automation platforms) 
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (acquisition, content, product, design, tech)
