Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our business by providing actionable insights, building advanced analytics, and supporting key decisions across teams. You will have real influence on product direction, business strategies, and operational improvements.
You’ll work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to build dashboards, monitor key metrics, and help drive the company’s growth. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about using data to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics and build analytical frameworks.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes to improve data accessibility and efficiency.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact.
  • Support data governance and quality initiatives.
  • Create one executive dashboard with real time updates

     

Qualifications: 

 

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar field
  • Strong expertise with BigQuery, Looker, and Power BI
  • Expert-level SQL; proficient in at least one scripting language (Python)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, and analytics
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with marketing, product, or operations analytics.
  • English proficiency (both spoken and written)
  • Good Math and Statistics knowledge 
  • Experience working with Marketing and Sales data

     

Will be a plus: 

 

  • Experience with subscription-based and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
