Project Manager

Megapolis+ is the largest advertising holding company in Ukraine, specializing in out-of-home media. If you’ve seen an ad on the street, there’s a 76% chance it was ours.

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our creative animation team — someone who excels in structured workflows, consistently meets deadlines, and communicates effectively with creative professionals.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage 3D animation projects from brief to final render

- Communicate with international customers

- Coordinate designers, animators, and creative specialists

- Break projects into stages and monitor deadlines, budgets, and workloads

- Align feedback and final results with both clients and the team

What You Bring:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager on creative or digital projects

- Solid understanding of 3D animation and content creation workflows

- Proficiency in CRM tools, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

- Basic knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Unreal Engine

- Strong skills in planning, communication, and team coordination

- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher — as you’ll be communicating directly with clients

Bonus Skills:

- Experience using AI tools for mockups or visualizations
