Business Analyst (Salesforce Projects)

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Salesforce projects to join our international team.
You’ll work directly with clients, PMs, and technical teams to gather requirements, map business processes, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Your main goal — bridge business needs with technical capabilities and help clients get the most out of the Salesforce platform.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business processes and requirements for Salesforce solutions.

Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define needs and priorities.

Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.

Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and QA to ensure functional alignment.

Support UAT preparation and validation of implemented features.

Contribute to process improvements and adoption of Salesforce best practices.

Maintain clear, structured documentation (process flows, BRD, user guides, release notes).

🔹 Requirements:

1.5–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or consulting.

Proven experience in Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).

Understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, fields, and permissions.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (daily communication with international clients).

Ability to create clear documentation (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Flow Diagrams).

🔹 Nice to Have:

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, App Builder).

Experience with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio).

Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data migration.
