We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn) to join our sales and marketing team. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients, building meaningful business relationships, and supporting the growth of our company’s client base.
 

Responsibilities

- Search and identify potential leads on LinkedIn and other platforms.

- Create and maintain targeted lead lists according to company requirements.

- Send personalized connection requests and outreach messages to prospects.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.

- Track, organize, and update leads in the company’s CRM system.

- Report on lead generation results and suggest process improvements.
 

Requirements

- Experience in lead generation or LinkedIn outreach.

- Understanding of B2B sales processes and the IT services market.

- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.

- English level: Intermediate or higher.

- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a responsible work attitude.
 

Nice to Have

- Experience with email outreach tools (Lemlist, Instantly, etc.).

- Understanding of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and lead qualification.

- Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools or HubSpot.

- Background in IT sales, recruitment, or digital marketing.
