FinTech Backend Developer (Finance Systems Automation)

We’re an AI-driven payment ecosystem building next-generation financial infrastructure for merchants. To scale efficiently, we’re automating our financial flows - eliminating manual checks and human-based finance operations.
 

We are looking for a Backend Developer who will own financial automation: reconciling transactions, integrating gateways, validating settlement data, and ensuring nothing slips through.
 

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain internal finance automation services
• Integrate with multiple payment gateways and banking APIs
• Ensure full traceability and correctness of transaction flows
• Monitor and improve data accuracy, alerting, and observability systems
• Collaborate with operations to replace manual checks with automation
• Continuously identify and eliminate process bottlenecks through code and design improvements
 

You’re a Great Fit If

• 3+ years of experience in backend engineering (PHP / Go / Python - any strong backend language)
• Solid background in high-volume transactional systems (payments, fintech, e-commerce, or banking)
• Strong database and data-validation skills (PostgreSQL / MySQL preferred)
• Understanding of reconciliation and settlement flows - a big plus
• Proactive mindset: find issues → fix them → automate so they never happen again
