FinTech Backend Developer (Finance Systems Automation)

We’re an AI-driven payment ecosystem building next-generation financial infrastructure for merchants. To scale efficiently, we’re automating our financial flows - eliminating manual checks and human-based finance operations.
 

We are looking for a Backend Developer who will own financial automation: reconciling transactions, integrating gateways, validating settlement data, and ensuring nothing slips through.
 
 

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain internal finance automation services that power our products
• Integrate with multiple payment gateways and banking APIs
• Ensure full traceability and correctness of transaction flows
• Improve data accuracy, alerting, and observability systems
• Help operations replace repetitive manual work with smart automation
• Spot bottlenecks early - and fix them with clean, thoughtful engineering
   

You’re a Great Fit If

• You have 3+ years in backend engineering (PHP / Laravel)
• You’ve worked with high-volume transactional systems (payments, fintech, e-commerce, etc.)
• You’re confident with databases and data-validation (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• You understand reconciliation & settlement flows — or you’re eager to learn
• You’re proactive: you investigate → fix → automate so the issue never appears again
