About the Mission
We are building an AI-driven payments ecosystem designed to transform a $50B industry still dominated by slow, legacy processors. As Head of ISO, your mission is to architect, lead, and scale our merchant acquisition engine. You will set the commercial direction, build high-performing processes, and drive measurable revenue impact — first through hands-on execution, and then by leading automated, scalable systems you help define.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and expand the ISO function, owning merchant acquisition strategy, pipeline development, and overall commercial execution.
- Build and manage high-value merchant relationships, guiding your team in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Create a disciplined, metrics-driven pipeline, ensuring every opportunity is tracked, advanced, and optimized for conversion.
- Standardize and refine operational workflows, collaborating with product and engineering to convert manual tasks into automated, AI-powered processes.
- Develop and mentor ISO team members, instilling a performance culture focused on consistency, accountability, and results.
- Act as a senior commercial partner to leadership, shaping strategy and aligning revenue goals with company growth targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management.

- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or payment technology environments.
