Project manager in the defense industry to $1450

Our partner, a leading military tech company, is looking to fill the position of Project Manager.

The position is based at the Training Center, where we teach military personnel how to operate our robotic equipment. 

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinating and monitoring the implementation of training and equipment projects.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with national and international contractors, negotiating training services.
• Representative activities: participation in exhibitions, meetings with clients, and presentation of our products and services. Business trips both within Ukraine and abroad.
• Process improvement: proactive participation in the standardization and optimization of internal processes, as well as the launch of new initiatives for the development of the training center.
• Internal process coordination: working with the team to implement new training areas and set up locations for classes.

 Important:

• Relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in the miltech
• Experience with various types of UAVs is an advantage
• Experience in contracting with public sector clients
• Skills: high level of communication skills, proactivity, responsibility, and ability to multitask
• Conversational English
• Ability to make informed decisions and act in rapidly changing conditions

• Driver's license
