Product Tour / Onboarding for iSpeedToLead — Boost Product Adoption & UX
Goal: Design and implement a modern product tour + onboarding
focused on rapid time-to-first-value, higher new-user activation, and adoption of key features. We’ll follow best practices from the Userpilot Blog and Duolingo’s approach (micro-steps, progress bar, motivational nudges, friendly microcopy).
Scope of Work
Run a quick audit of the first visit/registration and the product’s “first 10 minutes.”
Design a multi-step Product Tour: task checklist, contextual tooltips, empty states, progress indicator, and a “What’s new” pattern.
Configure context-aware scenarios:
first-time run / new user;
returning visit (if onboarding is not completed);
introducing a new feature to existing users;
native hints in empty states.
Prepare microcopy (EN; RU is a nice-to-have): concise, clear, motivating, and on-brand.
Set up analytics: events and properties (view/complete step, dismiss, TTFV, activation), plus an onboarding-funnel dashboard.
Implement A/B testing for key steps (copy/order/visual variants).
Ensure responsiveness (desktop/tablet; mobile-friendly for critical steps), accessibility (a11y), and performance.
Provide a playbook for maintenance & iteration (how to add steps, run “What’s new” campaigns, enable/disable segments).
